Your rate grows with paid commission

Your rate is based on paid commission earned over the preceding 12 months. A new rate applies to future qualifying orders after you reach a threshold. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after discounts and before shipping and tax.

Your link lands on an attestation screen

Buyers confirm they are over 18 and acquiring materials for in-vitro laboratory research before they can view the catalog. Your link can point to a product, and the referral cookie lasts 90 days from the click.

Who gets credit

Last click wins between links

If two partners’ links touch the same browser, the more recent one is credited.

A code beats a click

If a buyer arrives on one partner’s link and checks out with another partner’s code, the code is credited, because the code is the stronger evidence of who sent them.

Your code works without your link

A screenshot or a spoken code can attribute a qualifying order, subject to the program terms.

The cookie lasts 90 days

A later click on another partner’s link can replace the first referral.

A declined card that's retried is 1 order

1 paid order, 1 commission. Retries don’t double up and declines don’t count against you.

Reversals happen inside the hold, never after

A chargeback or a reshipment credit inside the 30-day hold reverses that commission. After payout, nothing is clawed back.

Qualifying orders count for 12 months

For 12 months from the 1st attributed order, qualifying orders are credited to you whether the buyer uses your custom partner link again or checks out with your code.

How the money moves

Commissions clear 30 days after the order. Sales on the store are final, so the hold covers chargebacks and the rare reshipment credit for a damaged parcel. Anything cleared in a month pays on the 15th of the following month, with a $50 minimum that rolls forward when you are under it. Your approved payout method is confirmed in your partner account before your first payout.
